Nothing never before seen. Cool to see AZ do it, though.

AZ government employers require bar passage to consider a candidate for positions as opposed to lots of other places you can get hired into a PD, DA, state gov position right out of law school so it makes sense. Lots of small firms also require bar passage to consider someone. Probably not as necessary in other markets.
