When do decisions typically come out?

I know some schools say "Apply by Feb, hear by April" or something along those lines, some say they begin to review after they've received an ample amount of applications, some say they're on a rolling basis beginning in mid-Nov, etc. But if you TLSers had to guess at the earliest day us non-EDers will start hearing back...what would you say?

Some schools send out their first wave before Thanksgiving. December and January are huge.
