It's in northern Indiana, near a Great Lake. What do you think?

It gets relatively cold. If you ever need average temps, just search a town's wikipedia page. South Bend, in January, has average high of 31 and average low of 17. So yeah, pretty darn cold. I live in New York area, and South Bend seems to be a solid 6 or 7 degrees colder on average. Thats not insignificant.

Been here 6 years. it gets damn cold, but you can live. Not colder than Chicago, but we get far more snow because we're on the SE side of the lake.
