How to prepare for law school exams?

I've read several posters mention that it is a good idea to prepare yourself on how to take a law school exam prior to law school. Many say that it is like no other exam that they have ever taken.
What resources are the best in prepping 0Ls to be familiar with exams?

General advice seems to be to read
Getting to Maybe. Other than that, each professor's exams are so varied with regards to what he wants to see that any serious 0L prep (if there was such a thing) would be akin to wandering around in a dark room.
Just enjoy you 0L summer, and finalize your housing/living arrangements.
