My school recommends the following classes for purposes of the California Bar:
UCC
Remedies
Wills/Trust
Community Property
Question is Which of the above classes should I NOT take and instead just rely on what I will be taught during BarBri?
Thanks.

Not a lot of licensed attorneys on here mostly pre law and law students spilling their verbal diarrhea about the world that the have yet to experience. Maybe one of the nerdy ones who stalks the site after they graduated and sat for the bar will see this.

Don't take any of those classes unless you have an interest in them. You'll be fine with BarBri.

I took none of those classes for the NY Bar. In fact, out of 21 or so subjects on the bar, I think I took only 7 in law school. Unless you took the class 2nd semester 3L year, you will be relearning anyways.
