My dad just bought me two prep books: 1L of a Ride and Law School Confidential.

Are these worth reading? Which is better?

Paper chase is pretty good. Legally Blonde is required. I haven't read 1L by Scott Turow yet, so I can't say.

I've read the 1L, seen legally blonde, and watched the paper Chase.

But I was actually only asking about the two books in the OP. And your poast was super funny, btw.

I got both of these as gifts last cycle and found them both pretty useless (still a 0L). They also felt out of date in some sections. For me, they were less helpful than reading the conventional wisdom threads on TLS. Neither of them are particularly tough reads or anything though.
