Where can I find statistics regarding admittance to law reviews? If you are currently a 2L or 3L, in your experience, how many students seek admission and how competitive is it? Of course, please state your school, as it must vary accordingly. Thank you.

It wildly varies according to the school.
Except for how competitive it is. That's pretty much universal.

(1) Generally everyone tries out for law review
(2) The selection process can vary widely by school
