I knew that GWU tends to be generous with scholarships if you ED, but what about schools in T-14? How generous are they with scholarships when you ED? I'm very hesitant about EDing anyway next cycle because I don't want to get locked into a contract and then have little to no money being offered.

That's because the GWU ED program comes with a full scholarship if you are accepted in the ED program. The other schools that I know off hand that have similar policies at the moment are Northwestern and Boston University. UVA will also give scholarships to ED candidates, but only if you have the numbers for it.

I believe Michigan will also give small scholarships to some ED candidates.

Michigan claims that its ED program does not eliminate scholarship eligibility, but to be honest it probably does. They will, in all likelihood, give you less money.

Meh, I don't think it does early in the cycle. I'm 3.3/169 non-URM and got in with 10k/year ED. If there's a candidate that shouldn't be getting money, it's me.

Congratulations on getting in! I am suprised you got $$ with your numbers, but congratulations on that too!

I imagine it's difficult to negotiate for additional money with the ED though.

Does everyone applying at GWU for ED qualify for the full tuition like at Northwestern? Or do you still have to qualify with your GPA and LSAT score? The website makes it sound like you still have to qualify for it, as it says you will be considered. Not given like Northwestern says.
