Extra evaluation, should I send it? Forum

I submitted my apps with two LORS. Since then, my advisor for my minor volunteered to write a glowing evaluation for me. With the exception of one school, I didn't wait for it to arrive before submitting (some schools only let you submit two or don't take evals anyways). Now what the heck do I do with it?
