Should I include this..? Its based on fall semester grades so I know I will graduate Magna cum Laude but is it premature to add it to my resume and submit it to schools now? I'm submitting tonight/tomorrow....

Do not put Latin honors on your resume until you have a diploma with them.

If it's not summa it's probably not worth putting anyway.

I find the semantic man's argument compelling.
But seriously: if your school announces
candidacy for graduation with latin honors at the beginning of your final semester (which I'm pretty sure is a common thing for universities to do, so ask around), you can put "candidate for graduation magna cum laude" on your resume if your school designates you as such a candidate. If the school doesn't do any sort of official announcement prior to graduation then don't include it.

summa cum laude > magna cum laude > cum laude > nothing
You should be proud of your accomplishments; I too will probably graduate magna cum laude in May. I've calculated it and I only need 4.0s across the board next semester to qualify, which seems like a feat, but the classes are fairly simple. I've got Human Sexuality; Fiction workshop; Literary traditions; Forensic science; and 'Politics of love' in the bag. Even if, for some crazy reason, I mess up entirely I can still graduate "cum laude," but I would really like the "magna" attached. Summa would be nice too, but it's too late for me to do anything about it now.
