Would law schools know all the schools I applied to?

Not likely, unless someone in the admissions office calls around to the other schools. Which could happen and probably has, but not unless you do something egregious during your cycle. (I think there was a thread about someone who pissed off a T4 by sending a rude reply to their recruiting emails.)

Are you yet another person freaking out over that pointless "what other schools did you apply to" question? Here's a clue: answer it or don't; they really don't care that much.
