How is a cycle like this possible with his numbers?

I am in awe of this cycle. His numbers are decent, but I'd think nowhere near good enough to earn all these acceptances from all of these great schools with all of those beautiful scholarship awards. I mean, Rothman scholarship? Full tuition at NYU?

I more than anyone was sure law schools don't really look "beyond the numbers," but this cycle seems to make it much more likely. I really wonder what was in that PS, DS, and awesome resume and LORs that he claims accounted for his success.

Sounds like he has had economic hardship. If ad-coms feel emotionally attached to a candidate, I can see how they look over a "low" LSAT.

HYS all give out amazing grants if you legit have economic hardship I think. The dude probably won a Nobel Prize or something...no other explanation.

Can't believe I wasted my 1000th post on that shit.

If you want to verify mah identity, come into mah bedroom in Munger Graduate Housing, and we'll take this to the streets (or to the sheetz?)

Let's just say that my current role at SLS is: 10% student; 90% trying to make people happy every Thursday night.

Word of advice to peeps applying: do your best on the LSAT, have some personality, and rock those apps.
