UVA Early Decision Advice For a Splitter

Hi Folks,
My name is HenryClay and I'm a splitter (163/3.98). I understand that UVA generally takes some splitters in their ED, at least moreso than other T14s on the east coast (I also was a VA resident for a year, though not anymore)
I'm very tempted to apply early to UVA ED (couldn't hurt), but wonder how this might affect my career. If I was interested in Biglaw this would be a no-brainer. But my dream job is to be an ADA in NYC. I understand Georgetown has a lot of NYC government connections but the same doesn't seem to be true of UVA. So, TLSers, which of the following do you think is the best course of action
1) Apply binding early to UVA -- unlikely I'll get in, but maybe my best shot @ East Coast T14
2) Apply binding early to Gtown -- very unlikely I'll get it but can't hurt and appears to have a better alum network in NYC DA's offices
3) Keep my options open -- go to Fordham or another regional T1 that will give me more networking opportunity in my desired field, maybe shoot for a transfer to NYU/Columbia

GULC seems like they weigh LSAT heavier. As for portability of degree, no idea but I don't imagine it'd be much different at UVA or GULC.
