The school is ranked #135 but boasts a 90% employment rate. Any thoughts? I find it quite humorous.

This has been posted already. Frankly, I don't think that the suit will go anywhere. No college or law school promises jobs. They aren't trade schools, whose purpose is to secure job specific skills and a job. A lot depends on grades, interviewing skills, contacts, drive etc. Law schools can always argue that people do get jobs if they have the right combination of these factors plus in this economy, most law students are having a hard time. Anyway, I would be surprised if anything comes of this.

I think the actual lawsuit is for falsifying employment data, and therefore fraud.
