I don't know why I am compelled to post here...but here it goes:
If you have any doubts about your relationship, I think it's time to end it. Obviously you've become too comfortable with her, and I think it is in your best interest to break-up with her (personally and for your academic success). Furthermore, if I was her, I wouldn't want to be dating someone who imagined themselves with more attractive girls (but whatever you do, please don't mention this to her in your break-up).
Overall, I think it would do both you and her more harm if you stay together then if you break-up. It might not be easy now, but in the long-run it'll be worth it.
