I am a transfer applicant and my professors letters of recommendation are on their way to LSAC, but I already have sent an LSAC application/report to some schools.

Will LSAC forward these to the schools that I've already applied to once they are on file (I assigned the letter writers to the applications) or will I have to take further action?

Yes, they will forward the letters as long as you assigned them. I did the exact same thing last year and again as a transfer and everything was sent.
