Most accurate site for firm stats?

lawfirmstats.com seems really good, but I'm puzzled over the reported starting compensation for most larger firms... is 160k some magic figure that nobody dares to breach? Because I'm fairly certain that among all the firms, one or another is going to pay higher than that, but the site has them all capped out at that figure (or else lower than).

Yeah that's considered the market rate. I can only think of two firms (though there may be more) that pay above 160. There is more variation in bonuses than there are firms going above market.

That. Most large firms pay market salary ($160k in a primary market), but total compensation varies depending on bonuses.
