Hypothetically let's say i attend a 30's or 40's ranked school and finish with motivation to continue further into my education. How difficult (if possible) will it be for me if i decide that i want to transfer to a higher ranked school to participate in one of their LLM programs?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You re-apply for an LLM you don't transfer. And LLMs, with the exception of tax LLM from NYU is a complete waste of time. LLM = Lawyers Losing Money.

Gtown for Gov't only and UF if you're in the South East... I'll give you both of those. But that is literally it.

The scope of LLMs out there right now is horrifying.. I think BLS is actually offering an LLM in Shitlaw at this point..
