How does LSAC calculate numerical grades?

In one semester abroad, I didn't get any grades above 89. It turned out that at that school, 90 is like an "A+" and there's no grade inflation. How does LSAC calculate numerical grades like this? No A, B, C, D was given out.

Did your home institution factor these grades into your GPA?
If not, foreign grades don't count as long you studied abroad for 1 academic year or less.

No. My home school only recognized "pass/fail." But I got credits for these courses from abroad.
Do foreign grades count toward GPA only if A, B, C were given?

Nope, foreign grades don't count at all unless they were your undergrad counted them as part of your GPA or you studied there for more than a year. Which sucks because you must have done very well at a British (?) uni.
