Beyond lay prestige and USNWR rankings, which law schools can realistically be considered elite? t14 + Texas, UCLA, Vanderbilt, USC, WUSTL, GWU, Emory? Who am I missing...or am I being too liberal?

What is the point of this thread? Making a thread like this really brings out the worst in TLSers, especially 0Ls. Is this because you want to tell people you went to an elite law school when you're having snooty conversations over cocktails? Sorry for the bitchiness, but this is silly.

That might help....but only a little. I have always wondered how many people think that's my real name because they don't know who she is.

HYSCCN are the only truly elite schools, and that's being EXTREMELY generous to N.

I know, Princeton is like, the most elite school EVAR. I hear those accepted to Yale can't even get in.

They've given out less than 200 law degrees. Bill Clinton has one. So do Lawrence Summers and Paul Volker. Kofi Annan got one too, but he was URM.

Pretty damn funny considering they don't even have a law school.

1100 grads - 2 VP's, 101 Congressmen, 28 Senators, 6 cabinet secretaries, 3 SCOTUS justices

This is both TCR and the answer to a wonderful trivia question on law schools.
