Top Law Schools

The U. of Georgia offers in-state tutition to out of state students (who meet certain requirments) after the first year. I was wondering if someone can talk about their experience in getting this in-state status and would people on TLS choose going to Georgia over a similary ranked school to take advantage of the lower tuition?

I believe there is a thread on this where someone listed each state and the difficulty in obtaining residency.
