Resume and Addendum Questions

What should be included in a resume that will be submitted with a law school resume?

Also, where/when do the resume and addendum get uploaded/sent to LSAC?

I believe it's pretty much like a regular resume, but you omit the objective and add extra curricular activities/other honors.
