Top Law Schools

I know that you are not required to send in updated transcripts to LSAC or the law school if you have gone complete. However, if your retaking with the December LSAT and haven't applied yet are you required to send in your fall grades? I was just wondering, because my fall grades will bring down my GPA slightly. Could I apply and just have the schools waiting for me new LSAT to review the application and would this void any transcript requirement if there is one?

Fall grades are not required, even if you're applying with a December LSAT.
