I am going to be applying to these schools in Southern California, and I know UCLA is the top choice, but all of these ae still top tier 10 schools. What I am wondering is gettig a good paying job harder if I went to one of the other schools other than UCLA? I am wondering about what the differences are between the schools when it comes to job aspects?

Big gap between UCLA, USC and Loyola, USD.

UCLA is recognized pretty broadly as a top tier school, whereas USC has a strong reputation but primarily places in Southern California.

The job prospects at Loyola, USD are not even comparable to UCLA/USC. They have very narrow recognition and you need to be at the top of the class to get a good job.

I guess I just want to make sure I can land a good paying job at a large firm, and I never knew until viewing this website that it is hard to do, when you do not graduae from a top law school.

How hard is it to transfer law schools?

UCLA - maybe top 20-25% gets a biglaw job
USC - same but probably restricted to LA
Loyola / USD - maybe 5% gets biglaw

Don't go to any school planning to transfer - you'll probably need top 10% grades just to have a shot, and many law firms won't interview you if they wouldn't have at your old school.

How hard is it to transfer law schools?

About as hard as getting a good paying job at a large firm. Both 2L SAs and transfers are based on your 1L grades, so the probability of getting a good job with a big firm is highly correlated with getting good (very good) grades as a 1L.
