There is no URM box. If you're Hispanic and white, check the boxes that indicate that you're Hispanic and white. You can explain in detail in your DS.

Check the applicable boxes. My 1/4 Mexican friend was accepted to Michigan a few cycles back.Write a diversity statement to maximize your URM boost. Can't stress that enough.

What do you identify as? What did you check on undergrad apps/LSAT test?

Even if you consider yourself "white," it would be extremely disadvantageous not to mention your Mexican heritage. Check both boxes, take the boost, reap the rewards.
Best of luck.

Will you continue to embrace this heritage? Will you join your law school's Hispanic students organization? I always advise people to identify as they would ordinarily, so if this something you're seriously going to identify with, do it. But if not.. don't.
That's the simplest way to look at it.

The question usually reads, "How do you identify yourself." The answer to your qustion is found in whether or not you feel comfortable telling someone that you identify as Mexican. Do you actually identify as a Latino? Would you tell people other than adcomms in your everyday life that you were? Because if you wouldn't then it's dishonest.
