Just a quick question. Why is the Columbia Law School app already available? Are you allowed to start submitting right now or do you have to wait until September 1st, which is when I thought the application was set to open? Thanks!

I think some schools put their applications up before they are accepting them so you can check them out, and prepare to answer the questions.

yeah, this. last year it was up pretty early too, gives you time to look it over and think about your PS options. some schools also post their transfer apps earlier, so be careful not to confuse the two.

"2010 JD Application" is last year's application and the only one currently available on the CLS website .

No the new app is on LSAC. You can choose to start/continue the fall 2011 JD app now. Actually since 8/1.
