I transferred to the institution I am currently attending, and it is from there that I will receive my diploma. My GPA there is 3.92, and I am all set to graduate with highest honors.

I had some grades from the prior institution that the current one does not count because the prior was a community college. Some of these grades weren't in line with the 3.92 GPA, and when all is calculated together, they bring it to a 3.71.

When applying to law schools, which GPA will be taken into account?

The 3.71.

It might even be lower. They will take all the grades on all your transcripts and use that to calculate your LSDAS GPA.

All grades are counted, so you have a 3.71.
