Top Law Schools

I have recently stumbled across this website and I love the volumes of information that it has. I am looking into the prospect of attending law school but after seeing some of the variations in tuition rates at some of the different schools, I am curious if anyone can tell me what exactly do these rates include? Do they include all expenses IE: books, tuition, living expenses, etc.? Are these rates simply quoting the cost of tuition? If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking at possibly making a move in the next year or so, retirement is coming soon with my twenty years at my current job and knowing how much to have set aside will greatly help my financial planning over the next year.

The best way to get accurate data is to go to each school's website. Usually somewhere in their financial aid section there will be a page where they have it broken down by tuition, fees, and estimated living expenses. Make sure to project a 5% or so increase for each year because the schools never stop raising tuition. For example, I'm looking at starting fall 2011, so if a school's current tuition is 40k, I expect it to be something like 42k for my first year, 45k for second year, and 48k for third year, so a total of 135k not 120k.
