I'm graduating a year early from my TTT state school and i'm applying this upcoming cycle. I'll be 20 when I start school, 21 about a month in.

Will this hurt or have no effect? (I don't think it'll help)

There's a kid in my class who didn't turn 21 until like March. Soooooo I would guess that it wouldn't help you, but it probably wouldn't kill you either.
