LOCI after June retake

just wondering... if I send a LOCI after the June (retake b/c wl'd) scores come out should it say anything different than the previous i'm interested b/c blah blah blah, please let me come to your school? or is it pretty much gonna be a numbers speak for themselves. ie. I want to come, here is my new score, now admit me already. of course if I score lower this is all just hot air. thoughts, confirmations?
