Okay so my first two years was basically one or two courses, I also interned for a year and switched my major twice.
but does this affect my chances of getting into law school? I have a GPA of 3.49 that rose steadily over the years. I have one "W" and two repeated courses. Fire away folks.

Doubt it will hurt. Your GPA is going to be what matters.
Remember that LSAC calculates differently than UG colleges do. Repeat courses overwrite your old grade at many UG's, while LSAC factors both the old grade and the new grade into your LSAC GPA.

a 3.49 isn't that bad of a gpa. honestly, if you get a good LSAT score and have a decent gpa most admissions committees wont care about how long u were an undergrad.... law schools are ranked based on #'s...

You should definitely find a good GPA calculator and find out how those repeats will affect your gpa. I don't think any school will care how long you were in undergrad as long as you weren't there for an extended period because of a mistake or mistakes you won't own up to and show you have overcome (alcoholism, drugs, or just rampant immaturity) Of course those thing would only be issues raised if you mention them, or you have a criminal or disciplinary record from them.

How does LSAC figure dropped classes? I dropped one this past semester (the only time I've done that) and it shows as a W on my transcript

Pretty sure they don't factor in. If, though, you got an F in one class and retook it and got a B, LSAC would average the F and B into your LSAC GPA.
