San Diego public transportation help--Amtrak station to USD Forum

Hi I was wondering if somebody could advise me on how to take public transportation from the San Diego Amtrak station to USD and then from USD to pacific beach and USD to La Jolla. Also, I will have a surfboard. I'm not sure if that complicates things. Thanks!

Amtrak - USD: Trolley, it will drop you off at Morena Vista and you can just walk up the hill.

USD- La Jolla or PB: Bus. Check out http://www.MTS.com for trolley and bus info.

thanks. what's the trolley called and how/where do i find it?

oops sorry it is http://www.sdmts.com and it has all of the trolley and bus info/rates/passes. The monthly passes are a really great deal. It is like $75 or so for unlimited trolley/bus rides which are $2.50 each ride anyway.
