If I want to practice in New York, is it better to attend Cardozo (because of their alumni and presence in NYC)

or Washington & Lee? (When accepted to both schools)

Washington&Lee is ranked 34th while Cardozo is 52...

Will the difference in rankings prove better for W&L? (for biglaw)

As long as you realize your chances of getting an NYC BigLaw job are probably <10% (maybe <5%), Cardozo.

Cardozo without question. The bottom line is that even though W&L is the higher ranked school, it does not place as well in New York as Cardozo.
