Top Law Schools

Hey everyone,
I will be starting law school in the fall (either at Penn State or Ohio State) and I have a question. I have worked as an RA for three years now and I really have fallen in love with the whole higher education and student affairs scene. I love working with students and I really enjoy being on a college campus. Does anyone know of any good way to kind of marry the two fields of law and student affairs (I have tried a lot of searching here and on the internet in general and I haven't found a lot of good info or advice)? Would it be in my best interest to get a masters in higher education/student affairs also? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Becoming an Admissions Dean/ working in a admissions office comes to mind

Gun hard, get on LR, clerk, enter legal academia.

The public universities in my state have multple Assistant AGs on campus to both prevent legal problems from occuring (by sitting in on many many meetings and reviewing lots of paperwork) as well as dealing with legal issues when they do occur. They worked quite a bit with student government at my school, but I'm pretty sure that was the exception and not the rule.

Why? Law has almost no relation to higher education except in the context of legal academia which is out of reach outside of YHSC. Why get two completely unrelated degrees when you can only practice in one profession or the other?

Actually, many law schools offer a joint degree in both, showing that there is obviously an interest and a field to practice in. I know many administrators at my school who hold a J.D. as well as a doctorate. I know there are ways to work in both fields and I was just asking if anyone knew of any in particular that might interest me. Thanks for your input.

One thing that comes to mind is working for Student Legal Services. I can't say I know much about it, but at my undergrad, a local firm is contracted with the university to provide the service.
