Law Preview - Law School Prep Course
http://www.lawpreview.com/?gclid=CPLtgs ... DQodWSkQpQ
I saw this advertised on LSN. The course is $1095!
I figured it would make some heads explode around here. Enjoy.

I asked a bunch of admissions reps about it at the Houston LSAC forum this weekend. They all scoffed and said that it would be a terrible idea.

I can't even imagine what they could possibly "teach" you.

I was just browsing the testimonials and someone said:
"Overall, the best advice given was, 'Brief all of your cases!'"
Now give us your $1000!

Re: Law Preview - Law School Prep Course
I looked up old threads about this last night. The reviews are not stellar. Almost everyone said they wasted their money.

If you're a 0L, rather than take lawpreview, you should read E&Es and hornbooks. Look online for law school exams, and take them. Do as many dry runs as you can before your first day of 1L. Then, you'll be on solid ground come exam time.

Re: Law Preview - Law School Prep Course
Anyone who tells you to take these classes or read E&Es or hornbooks is either an ass, a terrible gunner (as in, bad at being a gunner), or looking to somehow profit from your ignorance. The only thing you should be doing during the summer before law school is finding a place to live and enjoying the last summer vacation of your life.
