health insurance?

Post by algid1113 » Tue Jan 26, 2010 10:15 pm

i currently don't have health insurance and I just received a acceptance letter from a law school requiring that I send proof of insurance... sorry if this is a dumb question, but do all law schools require students to have health insurance?

In the same boat, though I didn't receive that stip in any of my acceptance packages. If you look at tuition and fees for most schools they include health insurance.

I'm pretty sure that most schools require all their students to be insured. They make you get their plan if you don't have your own. So without knowing anything about your school and its specific policies, my guess would be they want proof of insurance if you plan to opt out of their insurance.
