Hey! I'm not 100% quite yet, but UNC is a good option. Anyone else? I'm definitely looking for housing advice and recommendations.

That sounds very enticing. How far away is it from campus?Avlyre wrote:UPDATE: If anyone is willing to live in a 4bd/4ba townhome on two bus lines, I'm looking for people to take 2 other bedrooms. If I can find enough for every bedroom, it'll be 405$ with utilities included. Anyone interested? It's at University Commons, and would be available to move in on June 1st.
1.5 miles, and I've actually found cheaper options on the same property. They're all condos, all 4bd/4ba, but as they are individually owned, some owners price them differently, and I've found a few that are going for 1200-1300 a month (300-325 a person + utilities sometimes). Search google for University Commons Chapel Hill for the floorplan. Right now, I'm looking for 3 law students who want to share an apartment, and if you are out of state, I'm willing to take pictures of these places when I get a tour, and send them, as I live in Raleigh.Ullr wrote:That sounds very enticing.
