free help from professionals, do I have a class action?

Major NYC supermarket chain

buy a beer and pint of ice cream

pay for beer with credit card

pay for ice cream with foodstamp card

the market's software bills the 5 cent beer can recycle fee to the foodstamp account

I believe this is improper

I know what you're thinking. This is trivial. No. In the aggregate it involves many millions of dollars in improper billing.
