Best books in your opinion

Post by xmixx68 » Fri Mar 10, 2023 1:41 am

Hi guys,

Would you please share your idea about the best books for studying civil law and procedure?
I'm looking for a book with a simple explanation, charts, a summary of the conception of the case, and real daily examples of concepts and cases.

Thanks

If you want to cut to the chase

Read old Bar Exams and the model answers

I only wish I had done that sooner

Hi xmixx68,

It depends if you are looking for something to help with law school exams, or to ace this subject on the Bar Exam - there is a difference in how you should study it.

If it is for law school exams, a lot of students find the Examples and Explanations series to be very helpful for this particular subject.

If you need help on this subject for the bar exam, we (and probably other bar preparation companies as well) will be happy to provide you with some materials free of charge that you will likely find very helpful in understanding the most heavily tested Civ Pro concepts
