What are everyone's thoughts on this exam - think it will get delayed or moved online again?

I think if they were going to do it they would have already. Cal Supreme is holding jury trials in some places but has said nothing about closing courtrooms, so my guess is that it stays in-person. There are no major holidays prior to it and the federal free rapid tests won't even roll out in time likely, which I think will show another surge due to access to testing.garthdiesel wrote: ↑Tue Dec 28, 2021 2:32 pmWhat are everyone's thoughts on this exam - think it will get delayed or moved online again?
If they do switch it- oh well, I'm eyeballs deep in bar prep so either way I'm taking it. LOL!
Any guesses on the essay topics??

I think their decision is dependent on the NCBE. If the NCBE doesn’t budge from requiring the MBE be administered in-person, then CA isn’t going to have one day in-person and one day online.garthdiesel wrote: ↑Tue Dec 28, 2021 2:32 pmWhat are everyone's thoughts on this exam - think it will get delayed or moved online again?

Hi Male Human - I wanted to thank you. I followed you and your friends through your failing then eventually you passing many years back. I failed repeatedly before and during that time then I quit/burned out. I finally took it again when it was offered online 20/21 and passed. I used a lot of the approaches you and your friends suggested including your web site resources-plus you all were entertaining and light hearted, which made things less stressful. So thanks and I wish you the best.a male human wrote: ↑Fri Nov 12, 2021 9:37 pmIn case anyone's still using this forum...
