Have CalBar and a UBE Bar. Which non-UBE bar should I add?

Well, to rephrase it, what is the most valuable non-UBE bar besides CalBar? (I have no regional tie. Used to be a foreigner until 2 wks ago. My firm/law school both in a UBE jurisdiction, where I am barred in.)
Assuming that, of course, my firm will pay for it and I've got plenty of time.

Why? What's the value of being certified in a state where you aren't practicing?

Yeah, there’s no rush at all. If you find it looks like you’re going to need to be barred in a specific non-UBE state then look into taking the bar. But just having random bar admissions isn’t very helpful (even if your firm will pay for all the application fees and CLEs and such).
