Firm treatment of repeat CA bar failure

Post by mustbebetween3 » Wed May 05, 2021 3:42 pm

I am at a firm in California and re-took the CA bar in Feb. The firm was understanding about needing to re-take and "gave" me 6 weeks unpaid leave to prepare for it. In the event I learn on Friday (when results are released) that I failed again, I am expecting to be fired. Is this reasonable? Has anyone dealt with this particular issue? Or might anyone have advice for steps I should take if I do end up receiving another failed result? Appreciate your feedback in advance.
