How long does NCBE C&F for DC Bar take?

Submitted my application in late December, but still have not heard back from NCBE. The NCBE website still says the C&F investigation is processing. How long does this usually take? They seemed to indicate 100 days, but we're past that.

Are you applying for admission by transferring your passing score from another jurisdiction? DC's process for admission is notoriously slow if you didn't take the bar there.

I'm transferring score, but I'm confused as to whether DC is taking a while or if NCBE is--NCBE website still says my C&F is processing.
