California Bar sends out over 3,000 Chapter 6 Notices for the October Bar

The California state bar alleges that approximately 3,000 of the October online bar examinees engaged in behavior that indicates cheating, according to video recordings that identified behavior associated with dishonest test-taking. Those behaviors include averted eye contact with the screen, audio problems, and absence from the camera's view.
