I recently passed the Pennsylvania BAR exam but did not receive a Certificate Recommending Admission. Instead the letter stated that my C&F investigation is ongoing and when I left a message with the board, I was informed that my application was with the lead investigator. I posted about this on Reddit and another individual told me they were in the same spot as well.

As for my part, I have felt that I have disclosed everything and they have enough to make a determination and am wondering how long this might take. I amended my application throughout the process if I had forgotten about something and have answered all requests for documents.

I wondering how long this might take and whether someone is in the same position now or in the past and what to possibly expect.
