i had an instance of plagiarism in undergrad and received 0 for the assignment. it was not pursued.

i contacted my undergrad and they said they have no record of disciplinary action in my file.

the bar application i am completing asks about disciplinary action.

do i report this? i did not report it on my law school app which asked the same question.
