NYLE Registration Problem

Hi friends,

I have completed all the 18 video courses but the system still shows that "courses completed 17/18". Therefore, I can't register for the June exam. I noticed that one of my completed course is marked as "completed" but without a timestamp. I tried to call the support but the office is closed due to the Cov-19. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Many thanks!
