NY bar employment definition--unpaid volunteer?
So I did a very casual volunteer thing before entering law school, unpaid and not law-related in any sense. Any idea on whether that should go on to the NY bar application questionnaire employment history section? I don't think that this volunteer experience (did it purely for fun) in any way constitutes a real employment or a job. Would there be trouble if I don't put it on? Thanks!
