for everyone that took the MEE today,

what the hell is a "transient marriage" is that treated same as a common law marriage? For the property question i said that it was a Tenancy By Entirety and the Mortgage didnt sever because no consent from the woman?

I’m pretty sure the instructions said the jurisdiction didn’t recognize tenancies by the entirety.
