NY Bar PR requirement

Anyone gone through the process of petitioning the appellate court for waiver of the 2 credit stand-alone professional responsibility course requirement? This process: http://www.courts.state.ny.us/ctapps/ad ... m#Section2.
I'm signed up for the Feb. exam, but unfortunately never took that stand-alone course. As background, I passed the MPRE back in 2015, and am barred in another state, practicing for approximately 3 years.
